Please complete this form if you plan to attend our FREE Family BINGO Night on Thursday, August 24th! Our BINGO game is Free, but Concessions (pizza, beverages and other snacks) will be available for purchase starting at 5:30pm. BINGO rounds will start at 6:00pm and run until 7:30pm (participants who arrive after a round has started can just jump in on the next round.

AT THIS EVENT, PTO WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PARENTS TO PURCHASE TICKETS ($10 EACH) TO ENTER A DRAWING FOR A VIP CAR LINE PASS & MORE! THE VIP CAR LINE PASS WILL ALLOW THE HOLDER OF THE PASS TO SKIP THE CAR RIDER PICK UP LINE AND PICK UP THEIR STUDENT(S) AT A SPECIAL VIP LOCATION!
