TOURNAMENT RULES
* One Signup (this form) per Squad. This form signs up your ENTIRE TEAM. The participant completing this form will be contacted as the Squad Leader.

*No 'anonymous mode' allowed. How would we know who wins? We want to give you all the glory and shoutouts that you deserve!

* At least 1 member in each Squad must be an active member of R*Squad / Renovation Church.

* No more than 1 'adult' or 'small group leader' allowed per Squad.

*The night of the tournament, squads will queue up using a Custom Lobbies code that will be sent to your Squad leader.

**IMPORTANT** DO NOT SHARE THE CUSTOM LOBBY CODE WITH ANYONE OTHER THAN YOUR SQUAD!. - Doing so will result in a permanent ban from this tournament / future tournaments.
