11. I understand and agree that, notwithstanding the acceptance and enrollment of my student by Christian Academy, attendance at Christian Academy and/or participation in its activities are privileges which may be temporarily or partially suspended, totally withdrawn, or terminated by Christian Academy, in its sole discretion. Christian Academy may take such action for: (a) academic or disciplinary reasons; (b) failure of the student and/or the student’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to abide by the policies, rules, and/or regulations of Christian Academy including those in effect at the date of this Contract, or as subsequently amended or supplemented thereafter; (c) failure to pay, when due, any amounts due under this Contract; or (d) such other reasons as may, in the reasonable judgment of Christian Academy, constitute a danger to, or interfere with, the health, orderly learning environment, or safety of the student, other students, or the faculty and staff.
