September Meet-up, Panzano
Hello everyone!
This is the registration form for our Members' Club Meet-up 2021 in 24-26 September!

The place is Panzano, in the middle of Tuscany, a place of good wine, good food, and beautiful nature.
We will have a photography workshop during the whole weekend, but we will spend lots of time altogether (with your families too if you bring them).

*The transport will be arranged in Florence train station, we kindly ask you to be there if possible from 15:00 to 18:00. The time of the bus will be defined after we have the arrival of all participants.
Please, before buying flight/train tickets, let's discuss the options together.

Our program will be: 
Opening & Welcome on Friday with aperitivo (a drink and snacks) and then dinner all together. We will present the projects for the weekend and divide into groups.
Saturday morning, working in groups - mood board, shot list & learning how to shoot outside,
Lunch - all together
Saturday afternoon - shooting session, then at 16:00 we (those who want) start the cooking course / free shooting for your portfolio/walk/personal time - up to you!
Dinner - we eat what we cooked  and those who didn't participate in the cooking course, they will join us and we have dinner will be with altogether,
Sunday morning finalizing projects and presentations, then lunch. After lunch, we will have a bus ready to take us to Florence.

The fee is:
750 € per person (tax excl.) + extra 50 € per person per cooking course (tax excl.) (Tax is 22% and is NOT charged if you have a tax number (registered business) in your country.) If you bring any other family member with you who will not attend the workshop lessons, the price is 550 € (plus 22% tax). Kids below the age 3 are for free, 3-12 are 150 € (tax 22% excl.), from 12 years 210 € (tax 22% excl.).

The fee will include:
- Friday & Sunday transport Florence - location - Florence
- Aperitivo - a drink with some snack on Friday evening
- Food during the weekend: Friday dinner, Saturday lunch & dinner, Sunday lunch, Breakfasts, coffees & water during the day,
- Accommodation 2 nights - Friday & Saturday
- Everything you need for the workshop,
- And a present for you 🙂 and a present for couples

Cancellation policy:
100%  of the refund will be made when cancelling by 15 July
50% of the refund will be made when cancelling from 15 July to 5 September
0% of the refund will be made when cancelling after 5 September

Fee & billing
The payment will be via bank-transfer, and I will issue the invoice for you, that you can include in your accounting expense. Please, fill the billing information below.

After completing the registration form, I will send you the invoice with the IBAN details for the bank trasnfer.
