This form is for parents who completed paper pencil forms or who completed online registration forms BEFORE registration opened on March 29th, 2021.  Please complete this form to let us know which start time you would prefer for your kindergartener in the 2021-2022 School Year.

Please remember this is  a request, we do our best to honor these yet there are circumstances in which we cannot honor all requests. All track requests will be considered based on availability and on a first-come, first-served basis starting March 29, 2021 even if you filled one out prior to this date (the form will note the date and time of your submission).  

Please note, to keep our small group literacy times effective for next year, we will not honor requests that would result in one track in any grade level becoming overloaded.  Requests for a track where there are no available spaces open will be placed on a waiting list.
