Junior Counselor Annual Check-Up 2024
This form is to be completed by the JC's pastor, youth pastor, or spiritual leader in their church. The purpose of this form is to ensure that JC's are still in good standing with their church and that they are consistently attending that church. JC's are required to have this form filled out once per year. 

JC Requirements:
  1. Be a committed Christian, which includes fellowship and accountability outside of camp.
  2. Attend at least one of the two JC training sessions, January or May, each year (College age veterans excluded).
  3. Complete ongoing training from January to May by doing “Checkups” and sending results to camp.
