Camp for the week July 26th and August 9th are full at this time, the option below is for wait list only if we get a cancellation.
***COVID Information***
Upon registering you will receive a COVID information document with rules and facility regulations that swimmers must follow. Please consider before registering that due to COVID, swimmers must be comfortable changing quickly on their own as parents/guardians are not allowed in the facility at this time. Showers are also only for rinsing (no use of Shampoo/soap).
Camp dates are July 26-30th and August 9th-13th. Location: St. James United Church/The Aquarena. Camp is 9:00am-5:00pm. As of right now drop off will be at St. James United Church at 8:45am*, pick up by 5:15pm at the Aquarena. (*We are awaiting confirmation from St. James that we will have access at 8:45 and will update as needed.) Campers should be prepared to walk to and from the church/Aquarena- about 5 minutes. Weather appropriate clothing and footwear is necessary and bags should be easy for swimmers to carry.
Cost for the camp is $200/week*. Once registration has been received, an email will be sent out within the following weeks containing waivers and COVID regulations that must be completed and emailed/returned by the first day of camp, Fees are due upon registration and registration will not be considered complete until we receive payment. $30 of the camp fee is a non-refundable registration fee that covers administration and NLAS fee.

Due to increased COVID related expenses in renting space, camp will only go ahead if we receive at least 10 registrations per week and will be capped at 24 swimmers for camp 1, and 16 for camp 2, pending coach availability and registered swimmers skill.

CANCELLATIONS
Due to COVID-19 and other factors, our cancellation policy is in place to better our ability to fill that space with another interested participant.
If a refund is requested up to one week before the first day of camp, you will receive a full refund less a $30 administration fee and NL Artistic Swimming fee.
If requested less than one week before the first day of camp, no refund will be issued.
If your child is ill or, for any reason, misses one or more days of camp, we will not be able to provide a partial refund.
After the first day of camp, refunds are issued for medical reasons only and a doctor’s note must be provided. Medical cancellations will receive a pro-rated refund (less a $30 administration fee per cancelation and NL artistic swimming fees).
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL PROGRAMS AND CAMPS IF MINIMUM NUMBERS ARE NOT MET.
