The Junior Squeezy programme is back! School teams or individual students 15-18 years old with an innovative idea and an interest in entrepreneurship and startups are invited to participate in the entrepreneurship programme Junior Squeezy, co-organized by Orange Grove, the Netherlands Embassy and the Basil & Elise Goulandris Foundation.

The purpose of the programme is to inspire, educate and prepare young people to succeed in the global new age economy by nurturing the entrepreneurial mindset and developing 21st-century skills.

This programme will help students understand more of what an entrepreneur is, show them what it takes to be one and help them become an entrepreneur themselves.

Junior Squeezy is designed to mentor, support and equip today’s youth with the necessary skills to set them on the path of becoming our future entrepreneurs. Critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, communication and collaboration are taught while real entrepreneurs and business experts serve as coaches and mentors guiding students through the process of developing their idea.

From February until May 2020, all students will work in teams of max 5 persons and will be empowered to create, develop and execute their own ideas. Then in May, they will take the stage of the Basil & Elise Goulandris Foundation and pitch to the creative community of Orange Grove!

Three winning teams will be offered coaching and the opportunity to connect with an international network of entrepreneurs, top experts and coaches.
