LGBTQ+ Suicide Loss Survivor Peer Support Group
Thank you for your interest in this virtual, peer led,  support group for adult LGBTQ+ suicide loss survivors. Losing someone you care about to suicide can have a profound impact, it is a unique experience of loss. The purpose of this group is to bring together people with the share experience of losing someone they care about to suicide to find hope and healing. 

Prior to your first meeting you will be invited to do a brief virtual meet-and-greet with the facilitator. This is an opportunity to share more with you about the group and answer any questions.

The group will meet from 6-7:30pm CT on the 3nd Thursday of each month via zoom. A zoom link will be sent after the meet-and-greet.

The information collected in this form will be kept confidential, and is used to better understand who we serve and how best to serve you. Once you submit the form you will receive an email to set up the brief meet-and-greet.
