Note the prices below are prices and valid until Labor Day. Prices only apply to non-food vendors. I am requesting:

One booth $375 (includes 6 foot table with 2 chairs)

Two booths $700

Vendor Agreement. Please check you are in agreement with all of the following: *

Telephone, water, tablecloths, tape, extension cords will not be provided

Set up hours: 10:am – 12:00pm **No vendors will be allowed to set up after 12pm and your spot will be forfeited

Festival opens: 12:00pm – 6:00pm, Tear down hours: 6:00pm -7:00pm

Signs/banners should not block other booths. They have to be stand-alone inside the booth or on the display table as the booths are indoors

Vendor is responsible for cleaning booth area and removal of bulk trash. If left unclean, removal fees of $150.00 will apply

Displays must not be taller than 6 feet and extend beyond the space allotted 10x10

BOOTH HOLDER WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE FOR INDIA HERITAGE CENTER DIWALI MELA 2019.The IHC Diwali Mela committee and its participants are not responsible for any damage done by the holder of a booth, or by his, her or its associates, partners or agents, to any person or property. Each vendor is free to bring only 1 UL approved household lamp that can be plugged into the outlet provide to you should you choose to pay the extra charge. NO HEATERS ALLOWED OR HEAVY ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT ALLOWED EXCEPT FOR FOOD VENDOR WHO WILL BE ALLOWED EQUIPMENT AS PER THEIR REQUESTED ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENT. Vendors shall carry their own liability insurance and present a “Certificate of Insurance” if necessary, as part of their reservation requirement before setting up their booth. The IHC shall not be responsible for damages sustained by Concessionaires from utility failures. IHC assumes no responsibility for accidents to any person, property or loss of damages by theft, fire, water, wind, storm or acts of third party or for any other causes; and all booth holders, their associates, partners and agents agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the IHC as well as of Sheraton Mahwah and to indemnify the IHC and its committee members, its participants, its parent organization, its hired employees and volunteers thereto. The violation of any of the above mentioned condition by the holder of a Booth, or by his, her or its associates, partners or agents shall annul the permit and the IHC shall have the right to exclude the offender from the grounds and to take charge of the space occupied. All money paid for the privilege of the offending Booth holder shall be forfeited to the IHC, which may take charge of all property, used in or about business of the Booth holder and sell same and apply the proceeds to payments of any additional sums due to the IHC for the privilege or the damage sustained. This is a no-smoking event. Smoking will not be permitted at the mela. I AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE IHC AND TO INDEMNIFY THE IHC AND ITS COMMITTEE MEMBERS, ITS PARTICIPANTS, ITS PARENT ORGANIZATION, ITS HIRED EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS THERETO.
