2024 Pop Up Shop Interest Form
Hey! We hope we can welcome you to one of our pop-up shops this year. If you would like to express your interest in reserving a space in our calendars, please fill out the details below and one of the team will be in touch as soon as possible. NOTICES TO BE AWARE OF BEFORE FILLING OUT THIS FORM:

- We open our calendar in 4 chunks. Please do not fill out your form for October if we are only in March! We will not be able to take this as a request. We open our calendar in this way to ensure that everyone has a fair chance of popping up with us across the year.

- If you are part of a collective, please give the responsibility to ONE PERSON. Please do not each fill out the form, this makes it really difficult for us to understand who and what to expect when we consider the general line up.- Our weeks run from Monday to Sunday. Access will be given on the Monday morning ready for you to start setting up. We cannot confirm earlier access as this can impact on those in the pop up the week before yourself. Please bear this in mind. 

- Please bear in mind that if you book a period where a bank holiday falls, there may be shorter trading hours in place. - This form is NOT a confirmed booking; it is an expression of interest in which the team will respond to as quickly as we can. We will be in touch via email.

2024 Housekeeping Rules
The following few points must be agreed to these before you complete this form. These points are important for ensuring our process is successful for all businesses who wish to take part. Thank you for taking the time to read and understand this information.
Please note, once you fill out this interest form we will come back to you via email to discuss the dates of interest. Your pop up shop is not confirmed until a licence document is sent to you and signed. Please also be aware that payment needs to be made before your pop up shop begins. Failure to do so may lead to a delay in keys being released to you. *

If you are taking a space on and sharing with a business or two, we need to be informed of this prior to the calendar reservation being made and certainly before any licence documentation is sent out. This is important as the documentation is relevant to what is being sold, so we need to make sure everything is as accurate as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: You are taking on the full responsibility for your collective.

If you have selected above that you will be sharing the space with other businesses, please provide their details here (name/ business name). 

This is essential for you to continue with completing this interest form.
If for any reason you can no longer proceed with your reservation, you must provide the team with a minimum 48 hours’ notice the sooner you inform us the better as we can then advertise the space and let those on our reserve lists know. If the licence has already been signed, you will be liable for the payment. Whilst we can appreciate that things happen, there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes to ensure the pop up process runs smoothly, and time is of the essence to ensure this works for all those who are involved. *

Unless you are informed otherwise, the keys will be ready for collection on Monday morning, and you will need to hand these back Sunday evening. Please be aware you will need to remove all of your personal belongings from the pop up shop on the Sunday. Whilst we understand it can be difficult to fit it all back into the car or van, you must prepare for this as once your licence has ended your rights to have personal belongings in the space also end. No personal belongings can be left in the premises and we will not facilitate any late pick up of stock or furniture. *

We kindly ask each business to leave the pop up shop as you found it, if you have moved furniture to best suit your needs this must be rearranged back. If you have made use of the walls please make sure any marks and holes have been covered appropriately. Please also leave the space clean. *
