KASD Virtual Students Breakfast/Lunch Order Form

KASD students who are all virtual have the option to receive breakfast and lunches. Due to the extension of the Seamless Summer Option through the US Department of Agriculture we are able to offer free breakfast and lunch to all district residents under the age of 18. In order to ensure efficiency, we will be collecting orders via the attached form. Please complete the form weekly by 12:00 p.m. Tuesday. All items will be distributed on Wednesdays at the ramp outside the cafeteria next to the high school gym lobby. Distribution time will be from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and 3:00 - 5:00 pm.
