2022 Talent Show Participant Registration
Thank you for expressing your child's interest in wanting to participate in the Rock City Church Unoffendables Children's Ministry Talent Show!

This year's Talent Show Theme is " LEGO (Let-Go) and Let God Use Your Gifts & Talents." The event will feature LEGO theme decor but is most certainly not limited to legos. Children interested in participating in the talent show should complete this online application.

The talent show is open to children ages 5-11 from Rock City Church, Rock Church Academy, Christian Youth Athletics, and Camp Rock. We are accepting both performance-based talent acts (dancing, singing, performing) and non-performance-based talent acts (i.e. artwork, sculptures, engineered items).

Awards will be presented for both categories of presentations (Performance/Non-Performance Talents). 
First-Third place awards will be issued for Primary Acts (Ages 5-7) and Intermediate Acts (Ages 8-11).

All talent acts and presentation must be reviewed and approved. This is a "Children's Ministry" Talent Show; therefore, all talent acts must feature clean, non-secular music selections and wholesome content. Additionally, all attire and costumes must be modest and unrevealing. Talent show participants may be asked to attend additional rehearsals. Rock Church Academy auditions will be held during the school day. All other auditions will be held on Thursday, March 3rd at 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday, March 9th at 7:00 p.m. at Rock City Church, 1607 Cromwell Bridge Rd. Baltimore, MD 21234 .

Admissions tickets are $5 for children and $10 for adults and will include light refreshments. Limited VIP Seating available. We encourage you to invite your extended family and friends. I give permission for my child to take part in the Rock City Church Children's Ministry Talent Show.  In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I hereby authorize Rock City Church (RCC) volunteers to administer First Aid, call 911, and/or take the above-named child to a physician, for emergency room treatment at the nearest available hospital. I acknowledge the risk of physical injury to my child or possibility of my child acquiring a communicable illness, such as COVID-19, flu, or other common childhood ailments by participating in any and all activities at RCC, or wherever they may take place. I accept personal financial responsibility for any illness, bodily or personal injury sustained or associated with any and all activities at/or sponsored by RCC.  I agree to keep my child home if he/she feels ill or displays symptoms of illness. In the event that my child or a member of my household is ill, I will communicate this to RCC and take necessary safety precautions to keep other children and families free from illness.  I release RCC, and all RCC volunteers from liability for illnesses, accidents, or injury that may occur to my child or family members attending RCC sponsored events.  I understand that RCC does not offer refunds for any reason. I understand that I am fully responsible for any legal or court fees should I ever decide to take legal action against Rock City Church or its member affiliates. I understand that my child’s photograph may appear in RCC media releases, web, or print publications. I have read the above statements and hereby give my written consent for my child to participate in the Children's Ministry Talent Show.
