This award recognizes an agency leader who advocates for all of Florida’s children while serving their own community at the highest standard. This individual has a clear vision for their organization that is expressed both inside the organization and within the community. The winner of this award is an active participant on the Executive Advisory Roundtable, which helps guide the Network board and staff to be the best advocates they can be for all of the Network agencies and the youth and families we serve together. This person works to develop strong and positive relationships with stakeholders, including their local legislative delegation. They foster leadership in those around them, and never stop searching for a better way to reach more families in more significant ways than they did yesterday.
