  1. When is payment due? 
    Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless payment plan is selected. If choosing the payment plan, no refunds will be given unless the facility or instructor cancel the class. All payments on payment plan must be completed by February 15, 2023.

  2. Can I enroll different students in the two classes to get the deal?
    Yes! But both students must be registered in your homeschool. You may also register two students into one class (i.e. two high school students both taking Personal Finance).

  3. Can I enroll in 3 classes and get discounts on classes 2 and 3?
    Only 1 discount per family, please. If you are looking to enroll in more than 2 classes, consider our family membership which includes a 15% discount on ALL classes. Initiation fee is waived for new members joining before 12/31/22, too, so that is a savings of $125 + class discounts!

  4. What if I change my mind about the classes after registering?
    You have 72 hours from the time of invoice to either pay in full or make the first payment of the payment plan. If payment is made in full at the time of invoice, then cancellation policies as seen in each class description apply. If payment plan is chosen, no refunds are given for payments made unless the facility or instructor cancels the class.

  5. What is the policy for bad weather or illness?
    Students who are ill must contact their instructor for policy regarding making up any missed work or taking advantage of missed instruction. If an instructor calls out sick, we try to find a substitute for the class. If no substitute can be found, the instructor may make up the class at a later date. 
    The Triangle Homeschool Resource Center will publish any weather-related schedule changes to it's website, Facebook, and Instagram no less than 2 hours before class begins. There will be a text opt-in available on the first day of class to receive notifications of both weather and illness-related schedule changes via text message.

  6. What if I only want to sign up for one class? Can you give a discount? 
    Please leave available discount spots for families wanting 2 or more classes. However, if only 1 class really fits your family's needs, we would be happy to give you two free passes to social events in lieu of a second class discount.
