Octorara Virtual Academy Online Registration 2021-22 for Elementary Students Grades K through 6

This registration is provided for you to express your interest in having your child attend the Octorara Virtual Academy for the 2021-202 school year. There is no commitment needed at this time other than submitting the registration form.

The information collected in this form will be needed to enroll your student in courses available through the Octorara Virtual Academy.

However, given the number of families interested in OVA for their children, we will register, using this information collected in this form, with the web-based software prior to August 9, 2021. This will allow us to more easily enroll your children in courses when we meet. You will receive a "no reply" email containing a username and a password. Your child will still not be officially enrolled in courses at this time since we have not had an individual meeting.

Once registered, individual meetings will be scheduled, beginning August 9, 2021 through August 20, 2021, for families that register for OVA. In that meeting, we will discuss the OVA contract, scheduling, technology needs, points of contacts, important dates, special education (if needed), etc. For planning and enrollment, a commitment to attend OVA will be needed at the time of your individual meeting.
