By signing my full name below I allow my student, named above, to sign the Residence Hall Contract with the Department of Residence Services at Kent State University. Additionally, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and accept this Residence Hall Contract on behalf of my student including but not limited to the matter of payment, cancellations, forfeitures, consolidation and agree to assume the financial obligations and abide by the other terms, conditions and policies contained in the above contract. Further, I understand this contract is for contracted weeks of the summer term (Sunday-Saturday) and cannot be cancelled except as specified in the Cancellation of Contract, Section D. *
