The conference is designed for business leaders and owners within the event and exhibition industry, offering a unique platform to exchange high-level insights and innovative ideas. Scheduled from June 24 to June 26 at the Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia, this conference promises an enriching experience for all attendees.

Conference Details:

*Audience Profile: Our conference is attended by successful, well-established business professionals. The attendees primarily consist of experienced business leaders and owners in the event and exhibition industry.

*Presentation Level: Given the expertise of our attendees, we recommend presentations to be at an advanced level, addressing the unique challenges and interests of seasoned industry professionals.

*Presentation Duration: Typically, presentations should be designed to fit a 30-45 minute format. Exceptions might be made to adjust the duration based on specific program needs.

*Session Size: While the conference itself attracts around 150 attendees, the workshop sessions may vary in size.

Submission Guidelines:  Your presentation should address relevant topics and challenges within the exhibition and events management industry; or in the business world.  Proposals should be clear and concise, outlining the objectives, content, and key takeaways that attendees can implement in their professional roles.  Interactive and engaging presentation formats are highly encouraged to promote active participation and knowledge-sharing among attendees.  Each submission will be evaluated based on relevance, uniqueness of content, clarity of objectives, and the potential value it provides to attendees.

Notification of Acceptance: January 6, 2024

All proposals will undergo a meticulous review process by our panel. Upon acceptance, further instructions and details will be provided to successful applicants.
