New Student IB Application - Non-Transfer Student
This application is for Parents/Guardians of NEW APPLICANTS to the IB Program whose home school IS the school to which they are applying (which would be either Oakmont High School or Granite Bay High School.) If you are applying to the IB Program at a school OTHER THAN your child's home school, please fill out the Transfer student form from our website.

This form is submitted electronically. THERE IS NO NEED TO PRINT AND SUBMIT A HARD COPY OF THIS FORM. You MUST hit submit at the bottom of the page to complete the application process.

Once this form is completed, you will need to submit additional printed documentation to the GBHS or OHS office to the attention of the IB Coordinator. All students must answer the questions on the IB Written Application Form in their own handwriting. For incoming 8th graders, please submit a copy of the most recent and current 8th grade transcript.
