Dear Parents:

State legislation requires the initiation of a school breakfast program, unless a demonstrated lack of need exists. If specific criteria is met which demonstrates a lack of need for a breakfast program, the District may request an exemption from the regulations.

The following survey will enable us to determine if a need exists. To qualify as a valid survey, a response rate of 33% or more of the children in each school must be received; therefore, we are counting on your input!
