Biomedical Informatics Programming Bootcamp (Spring 2024)

We are delighted to extend an invitation to the Biomedical Informatics Bootcamp, a comprehensive two-part programming bootcamp that aims to equip undergraduate attendees with fundamental skills in data analysis applied to biomedical datasets.

Session 1 (Python Programming) is thoughtfully tailored for undergraduate students who possess little or no prior experience in programming. The primary objective of this segment is to introduce participants to the core principles of programming and data analysis in the context of biomedical research.

Session 2 (Biomedical Data Analytics and Machine Learning) is designed for undergraduate students who already possess basic programming experience, preferably in Python, or those who have successfully completed Session1. This advanced section delves deeper into the intricacies of data analysis and its applications to the realm of biomedicine.
