In the frame of the Erasmus+ Youth Pillars of empowerment, there are funded places available for participants from Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, North Macedonia, Portugal, Turkey, Austria, Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.

The project aims at creating a 2.0 youth worker/educator equipped with multiple tools to develop competencies and create a personal path towards competence implementation and goal accomplishment in hence to becoming a change agent in own the local community focusing on youth leadership and leadership empowerment.

The selected participants will get a chance to participate in 2 fully-funded training courses to build:

1. training for coaches on youth empowerment with coaching tools from May 30th to June 7th (including travel days) in Strengberg, Austria & implementation of local coaching of the action plans created by local participants

3. training for trainers on youth empowerment and harvesting tools which will hapen from 3rd of September till 12th of Septmeber 2022 in Slovakia & implementation of local trainings / workshops / webinars on youth empowerment

One of the tasks of the selected participants is to apply the learned techniques of the training courses of PILLARS afterwards in (local) work with young people and their communities, as well as to implement local follow-up activities (workshops, youth initiatives, multiplier events) reaching young people and inclusion groups.
