This form is our first pass for collecting information from people who want to help Envoy Publishers at Gen Con 2024 (both in the Exhibit Hall and running scheduled games). Helpers do NOT need to be Envoy Heralds.

There will be plenty of personal follow-up; this is NOT the end of the communication you will have with Double Exposure.

Booth Help: Exhibitor booth (10AM - 6PM Thu-Sat, 10AM - 4PM Sun, with 90 minutes of breaks each day).

Early Demo Shift: Running scheduled games in the demo area (10AM - 4PM Thu-Sat, 10AM - 12PM Sun).

Late Demo Shift: Running scheduled games in the demo area (4PM - 10PM Thu-Sat, 12PM - 2PM Sun).

No Preference: I will discuss it when decision time comes.

Do you have any preferred publisher(s) you'd like to help? *

I am willing to help any Envoy company that needs me; I assume we'll work out a good fit.

What is your preferred mode and timeframe? *

I am coming to Gen Con for the full Envoy experience - I'll help out as much as possible, as long as I get breaks and at least 47 minutes of sleep per day.

I am coming to Gen Con for most of the Envoy experience. There are a few other events that I need/want to attend.

My time will be evenly split between Envoy and another commitment I have at Gen Con.

I am going to Gen Con primarily for other reasons, but I'm willing to help Envoy out in small increments when needed.
