KAES October Lunch Order Form  (Dec. 7-11) Week 2
Please fill out the form below. Make sure to check the size of the meal you want you child to have on that day. If you do not want your child to have hot lunch that day leave both small and Large check boxes blank. Prices for meals are small meal $4.75 and large meal $5.50.

If you need to cancel your meal order please call the office at least two day ahead of the meal date. You can add meals up to 8:30 am the day of the meal.  However we request that you plan your meal ahead of time each month to help our providing cafeteria plan for our school meals.

If a meal is missed because of an unplanned sickness and we are notified before 9:00 am that day the meal charge will be credited to your account. If the office is not notified you will be charged for the meal.

Wednesday Dec. 9 (Orange Chicken,Jasmine Rice, Asian Vegetables and Pineapple Turnover.)
Thursday Dec. 10 (Veggie Cheese Burger on Sesame Seed Bun , Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pickles, Mayo, Mustard and Ketchup Tater Tots and a Brownie.)
Friday Dec. 11 (Big Frank Hot Dogs , Curly Fries, Cucumber and Grape Tomato Salad, Mustard, Relish and Ketchup)
