K10+ Assessment
The K-10 is a ten-item self–report questionnaire intended to yield a global measure of ‘non-specific psychosocial distress’ based on questions about the level of nervousness, agitation, psychological fatigue and depression in the relevant rating period. The K10+ contains additional questions to assess functioning and related factors.

Q13:   In the past four weeks, how many times have you seen a doctor or any other health professional about these feelings? ( numbers of consultation)
Q14:   In the last four weeks, how often have physical health problems been the main cause of these feelings? *
Interpretation of the scores: 

  Scores will range from 10 to 50.  People seen in primary care who: 
* score under 20 are likely to be well 
* score 20-24 are likely to have a mild mental disorder 
* score 25-29 are likely to have a moderate mental disorder 
* score 30 and over are likely to have a severe mental disorder
