Request a PEER TUTOR - T2 (21/22)

Please complete this form to request the help of an EHS Peer Tutor.

Tutors will provide either in-person (Library, Counseling Office) or "virtual tutoring" via a video conferencing format (Face Time, Zoom or Google Hangouts). You will be contacted by the EHS Counseling Office staff when you are matched up with a Peer Tutor.

* Please allow 3 - 5 business days to process your request.
* Peer tutor availability may impact whether we can fulfill your request.
* You may be asked to rank order the classes you are requesting tutoring for.

Information & Expectations:
1. The EHS Counseling Office staff will contact you once you are matched with a Peer Tutor to introduce you. You will
     be able to exchange contact information with your Peer Tutor at this time.

2. Work with your tutor to set up a schedule of tutoring (days, times) - in person and/or virtually.

3. It is expected that tutors and tutees will not share confidential/personal information.

4. Please be prompt to tutoring sessions and a good communicator with your tutor.

5. Please let the Counseling Office staff know if your tutor is not showing up for scheduled tutoring sessions.

6. Please let the Counseling Office staff know if/when tutoring has been discontinued.

7. Reach out to the Counseling Office staff if you have questions or need support.
