Report Misconduct Form
Welcome to the Coding Together "Report Misconduct Form". Coding Together does not condone cyber-bullying nor cyber-harassment and will take steps to address instances that occur and prevent further instances.

The purpose of this form is to allow students to report misconduct that they have been subjected to. After completing this report, a Coding Together team member will follow up with you.

Before continuing, you should be aware of the following:

Cyber-bullying / cyber harassment is a form of bullying or harassment using electronic means. It has become increasingly common and can happen to people at any age. Bullying and harassment can include posting rumors, threats, sexual remarks, victim's personal information, or pejorative labels (i.e. hate speech).

Note: Everything reported here will be confidential, meaning only members of the coding together leadership team who have signed confidentiality forms will have access to this information.
