SEEE General Membership Form

Terms & Conditions:

1. General membership in the SEEE Club is open to all the individuals who are Student of Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Kathmandu University. One must pay a one-time non-refundable nomination/membership fee of Rs. 500.

2. Membership is valid for lifetime from the date of nomination fee payment.

3. General members have the right to access club events, activities, and resources. They are eligible to compete for club executive and sub-committee positions. They receive club newsletters, updates, and communications.

4. General members are expected to uphold the club's values and code of conduct, attend club meetings and participate in club activities, when possible and respect fellow members and the club's leadership.

5. The one-time nomination fee of Rs. 500 is non-refundable and is valid for a lifetime. The nomination fee must be paid in full upon application for membership. Nomination fees are not transferable to other individuals or refundable under any circumstances.

6. Membership in the SEEE Club may be terminated if an individual violates club rules, policies, or code of conduct and engages in conduct detrimental to the club's reputation or objectives.

7. Members with grievances or disputes are encouraged to bring these matters to the attention of the club's leadership for resolution.

8. The SEEE Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with notice to its members. Members will be given the opportunity to provide feedback on proposed changes.

9. In the event of the club's termination or dissolution, any remaining funds or assets will be managed in accordance with the club's bylaws.

By submitting the nomination fee, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

Information on Communities:


  • Software Community

This community is for students who are skilled in programming languages, web development, and the use of different software that is used in the Electrical and Electronics field. Except that the community shall be working on skills developing programs with any application of various fields essential in today’s world and engineering.

  • Hardware Community

This community is for students who are skilled and interested in hardware-related approaches that are used in the Electrical and Electronics field. This can be any microcontroller, PCB design, Application of machines, and so on.

  • Entrepreneurship & Outreach Community

This community is for students who are interested in entrepreneurship, business and public relations. Several events are organized by this Community. This community is responsible for outreach events.

  • ECA & Sports Community

This community is for students interested in different sports activities and extracurricular activities. This community gives chances to interested individuals to perform on various platforms.
