LGMS Take 2 Registration 2023
Take Two is an opportunity for students to receive remediation and to retake EOG and/or EOC assessments for which they score Not Proficient (below a level 3). The Take Two program will be held at Lowe's Grove Middle School Monday, June 12th - Friday, June 16th from 8:30 am - 1:20 pm.

Students who score Not Proficient (below a Level 3) on the EOG assessments are not considered grade-level proficient and will need to retake the assessments during the Take Two program. Please note, Lowe's Grove will be given a limited number of seats for the Take Two program. These seats will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. All consent forms received after the first seats are filled will go on a waitlist.

Transportation, breakfast, and lunch can be provided for students who attend Take Two. If your student will need transportation please indicate that on the registration form.

Le programa Take Two es una oportunidad para que nuestros estudiantes reciban remediación y vuelvan a tomar las evaluaciones EOG y/o EOC en las que obtienen una puntuación de no competente (bajo de nivel 3). El programa Take Two se llevará a cabo en la Escuela Intermedia Lowe's Grove del lunes 12 de junio al viernes 16 de junio de 8:30 am - 1:20 pm.

Nuestros estudiantes que obtengan un puntaje no competente (bajo de nivel 3) en las evaluaciones EOG no se consideran competentes a nivel de grado y es requerido volver a tomar las evaluaciones durante el programa Take Two. Tenga en cuenta que a Lowe's Grove se le otorgará un número limitado de asientos para el programa Take Two. Estos asientos se llenarán por orden de llegada. Todos los formularios de consentimiento recibidos después de que se llenen los primeros asientos irán a una lista de espera.
