1. Exhibitors will comply with all City, County, and State laws and are solely responsible for all taxes.

2. Chris Garbee, Tri-Cities Comicon employees or Delta Bristol Conference Ctr (VENUE) are not responsible for any loss, damages, claims, or injury

3. Each application will be processed on a first come first serve basis.

4. Exhibitors shall keep all designated areas clean and will not nail, screw or attach anything to the Exhibit Room. Exhibitors are responsible for any damage they cause.

5. Exhibitors agree that all merchandise for sale is legal and licensed (“bootleg”). Exhibitors selling “bootleg” material may be ejected without refund.

6. All pornographic material must be pre-approved and remain behind tables.

7. Subletting is not permitted.

8. All displays, chairs, tables and merchandise must be maintained within the Exhibitor's designated area.

9. Any disruptive behavior, in the judgment of the Sponsor, by the Exhibitor, its agents, employees or representatives shall result in expulsion from the show.

10. Drinking any alcoholic beverages is prohibited.

11. Tri-Cities Comicon is a non-smoking show within the exhibit room or directly outside the exhibit room (includes vapor).

12. Exhibitors is responsible to provide its own insurance, if desirable, to protect Exhibitor and Exhibitor’s property from damage, loss, theft, harm or injury. Neither sponsor nor the Host Facility will obtain insurance on Exhibitor’s behalf. Exhibitor is solely responsible for its own exhibit material, goods, samples and other property.

13. Exhibitors will hold harmless the Sponsor and Host Facility, or any of their respective officers, agents, employees, representatives or affiliates, from any liability, damage, loss, harm, claim or injury to property or person or the Exhibitor, Exhibitor’s officers, agents, employees or other persons, whether caused by the negligence of the Sponsor or Host Facility, or from theft, fire, water, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.

14. Exhibitors agree to protect, keep, and save Tri-Cities Comicon (Untamed Worlds, and Chris Garbee), the promoter of the event, forever harmless from any damage(s) or charge(s) imposed for violations of any ordinance or regulation by the Exhibitor, his employees or agents, as well as failure to comply with the terms and agreements of this contract. Further, Exhibitors shall at all times protect, indemnify, save , and keep harmless Tri-Cities Comicon (Untamed Worlds, and Chris Garbee) against and from any loss, cost, damage, liability, or expense which arises out of or from or by reason of any act or omission of the Exhibitor, his employees, or agents.

15. In the event that the VENUE or any part of the exhibit area thereof is unavailable, whether for the entire event or a portion of the event, as a result of fire, flood, tempest, or another such cause, or as a result of governmental intervention, malicious damage, acts of war, strike, labor disputes, riot, or agency which TCC/UW/CG is necessary to cancel, postpone, or re-site the show, or reduce installation time, exhibit time, or move out time, TCC/UW/CG shall not be liable to indemnify or reimburse the Exhibitor in respect of any damage or loss, direct or indirect, arising as a result thereof.

16. Exhibitors agree to remain set up during all open hours of the convention. No early breakdown is allowed without consent of Tri-Cities Comicon.

17. $75.00 service charge on all returned checks.

18. Vendor Booth area is 10x10 and includes one 6ft table, one chair, and two passes. Vendors can bring additional tables and shelving. Cost is $125 each.

19. Artist Alley Tables are for Comic Book Artists, Comic Authors, and Podcasters ONLY and include one 6ft table, two chairs, and two passes. Displays cannot exceed 8 ft high. No table splitting/sharing. Each 6ft table is for one Artist and up to one assistant. Roughly 4ft of display space behind you. NO large shelving allowed. Cost is $50.

20. Standard electrical outlets are $45.00 in advance

21. You and your party consents and agrees that photographs and video taken during the Tri-Cities Comicon may be used for promotional purposes.

22. If Exhibitor fails to comply with above rules - Chris Garbee or Tri-Cities Comicon can terminate this agreement without refund.

23. TCC/UW/CG shall have full power in the interpretation and enforcement of all contract regulations contained herein, and the power to make such amendments thereto, and such further rules and regulations as shall be considered necessary and proper.

24. The foregoing represents the agreement between the undersigned Exhibitor and Untamed Worlds/ Chris Garbee, the promoters of the Tri-Cities Comicon, for the convention on Dec 7 2024.
