Taylor's Library : Information Literacy Workshop
Greetings from Taylor’s Library!
 
We are now offering our Information Literacy workshop for a walk-in sessions (via online) to all students.

The library will conduct several information literacy sessions focusing on different set of skills for each session.

Please provide a valid contact details for the session that you are interested in and you will be contacted through the given email for the confirmation on the online class that will be scheduled in TIMeS.

Which session to choose?
There will be two (2) types of Information Literacy sessions to choose from.

1. Route to Resources & Down with Databases :
- Students will be exposed to the basic and advanced level in searching resources such as books, e-books, DVDs, CDs and other resources available in the library collection.
- Students will be exposed to specific online database that are related to the subject that they are learning. Students will also be introduced to use searching strategies techniques that will be useful to their subject of searching.

2. Cite it Right! : Students will be introduced to the plagiarism and referencing style that is accurate and suitable to be used for assignments/research.
