This form is a valid contract. The contractor undertakes to communicate any cancellation on the previous days before the start date. Communication must be made through email- info@campmarmot.co.uk If you are unable to attend within 2 weeks of your arrival no refunds will be given. However, cancellations made 2 week prior to arrival will be fully refunded. Refunds will be paid by the closing season in September *
