We encourage all students to complete this form as early as possible to assist us in ordering cap and gowns. This form should be completed by any student graduating during the 2023-2024 academic year. Graduation this year will be June 14th at 6pm hosted at Kelso High School.
Cap, gown, and tassels are provided for all graduates for FREE, sponsored by ASLCC. We just need you to order them with us. Pick up will take place the week of graduation.
Ordering Information
The process of selecting a size for the cap and gown is fairly simple. Sizes are broken down by your height and then there are three sizes (regular, 1X, and 2X) with each of the height ranges. The gowns are meant to be a bit baggie.
For those unsure about sizing for the gowns, BEFORE filling out this form, we are offering a few regalia ordering events. You can still order your cap and gown without attending one of these events, but we wanted to provide students with the option to try on a gown before you order:
- February 27th from 10:30am to 1pm (student center 2nd floor lounge)
- February 28th from 1pm t0 3pm (student center 2nd floor lounge)
- March 4th from 5pm to 6pm (student center 2nd floor lounge)
- March 5th from 8am to 9am (student center 2nd floor lounge)
The official cap and gown RSVP deadline is May 3rd. Any submissions beyond that date will mean that you may not receive the exact size you submit as we have already ordered caps and gowns. We will work with you to identify a similar size if we do not have the exact one available.
