Author A.J.Peters will discuss his new fantasy novel, "The Bonding". "The Bonding" opens with a retelling of the fast-paced battle between the near immortal Antecederes and the evil Malofacere, ten generations prior. The story explores new relationships and old hatreds, and the characters are challenged to overcome their own preconceptions to triumph over the return of great evil. Each of the threads in the story come together for a dramatic climax. Peters will share more about his writing process and some challenges that new authors can expect as they work to bring their manuscript to publication. A graduate of Central Connecticut State University, Peters was inspired to write by a particularly engaging creative writing instructor and a lifelong love of the fantasy genre. Signed copies of the book will be available for sale after the program. Registration is requested. Light refreshments will be served.
