We currently have open positions for the role of Associate Financial Planner

Associate Financial Planner | Salary range 4.8-6.0 LPA based on skill set and experience level | Qualification requirement - Post graduate | Experience: 2 years in banking, finance, investment advisory, financial planning or wealth management domain. Please note that qualification and experience requirements are must as per SEBI's regulations for this role. We will be able to proceed with your application only if you meet the above qualification requirements.
These open positions are for our Personal Financial Planning and Investment Advisory department. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive financial plans for our clients, presenting the plans as well as managing the relationship with the clients.
Following skills would be needed for this position.
1. Deep understanding of financial planning, investments, insurance, loans, and personal finance in general.
2. Excellent with numbers and calculations.
3. Proficiency in using MS Excel.
4. Responsiveness
5. Attention to detail.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be dealing with clients over calls and emails on a day to day basis
7. Empathetic nature because financial planning is just not about numbers, it's about understanding varied situations of your clients and then crafting a plan based on their individual situations.
8. NISM Certifications on Investment Advisory or Mutual Fund or Portfolio Management (this can be completed before joining also)
At the moment, we are 100% work from home company and we plan to continue the same for the foreseeable future. Even if we resume offices, it won't be mandatory and enough notice will be provided.
