SITE FEES:
$100 = Food truck or booth
$250 = 10’x10’ footprint*
$350 = 10'x20' footprint
$750 = Prime expo location + Max footprint of 20'x20'
* Non-profits receive a discounted rate of $100.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEES:
If your organization is in need of additional rentals, we can accommodate these requests through our rentals company.

$150 = Gas Generator
$200 = 10'x10' Pop-up Tent w/ weights
EXHIBITOR/VENDOR INFO:
Exhibitors are encouraged to host an interactive display/activity or sell items that appeal to the general public. We are seeking the following types of vendors and exhibitors:
• Food + drink (including food trucks)
• Health/wellness booths
• Cycling industry businesses
• Non-profits
• Community-based organizations
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
• 10’x10’ footprint
• One 8’ banquet table
• Two chairs (if requested)
EXHIBITORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Tenting
• Tent anchors (25lb sandbags or 25lb bricks per tent leg)
• WIFI hotspot, if needed
• Extension cords, if power is requested in advance
• Generator if > than 20 amps is needed
ALL EXHIBITORS AND VENDORS MUST PROVIDE A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
• General Liability coverage with a minimum $1,000,000 coverage each occurrence.
• Under Remarks: Indy Criterium, Inc., Momentum Indy festival, and all related activities and events from July 12-13, 2024.

FOOD VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR (in addition to the above):
Submitting a copy of an active Marion County Health Department Temporary Food License by 6/15/24. If needed, a Temporary Event Vendor Application may be obtained here:
goo.gl/LWF9yS. Food vendors who have not obtained and provided a copy of the Marion County Health Department permit will not be permitted to set-up on event day.
