Our Lady of Grace will be honoring your departed loved ones this year by including and displaying their names on a banner inside the church for 3 1/2 weeks, beginning on All Souls Day. In addition, we'll be lighting a 5-day candle in the church with the name of your loved one on All Souls Day on November 2. Please fill out the form below with the name(s) of your departed loved one(s), along with a $25 donation per name, no later than Sunday, October 24th.
