Underpass Park Farmers Market 
Location: Underpass Park -  29 Lower River Street, Toronto, ON, M5A 1M6 
Dates: Thursdays 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm - May 23, 2024 - October 17, 2024 (Rain or Shine!)

Vendors must submit a new application for each new season.

Hello and thank you for your interest in joining the Underpass Park Farmers Market. We are delighted that you are here! Please note, submission of this application does not confirm your acceptance to the market.

Before submitting an application form, read through our new Vendor Guidelines. This goes over some important and customary farmers market guidelines. 

Please provide as much information as possible, to better help us in the selection process. We welcome applications from farmers, prepared food, artisans, and alcohol vendors.

Once you have been accepted we will be in touch with the next steps for the 2024 season!

Product & Crop Info
If you wish to sell a product and/or crop at the farmers market that is not listed in this application at a later date, you MUST request permission from the Market Manager before bringing it to market.
PRIMARY PRODUCTS - Please provide a detailed list of the crops and/or products for which YOU are the primary producer. You must list all the crops and/or products that you grow/produce that you wish to sell at the market.

SECONDARY PRODUCTS - Please provide a detailed list of secondary/supplementary crops and/or products you wish to sell. Secondary items are products and/or crops you resell from other farms and businesses. Include producer's name, location and contact information.

These items must be approved by the Market Manager. If accepted, you will be required to display signage with these products stating their original source for customer transparency.

Prepared Foods
Prepared foods include: prepared meals, baked goods, specialty food products, beverages, and dairy.
If you are selling prepared food, your staff is required to obtain Food Handler Certification. All vendors must adhere to Toronto Public Health (TPH) guidelines and ensure the proper preparation, storage and handling of food products. I confirm staff has Food Handlers Certification:
