Please complete this form if you are beginning a new enrollment registration for a 2021-22 Little Knights Preschool student.

Children age 3 on or before August 1, 2021, are eligible to enroll in our Little Knights three-year-old program.

Children age 4 by August 1, 2021, are eligible to enroll in our Little Knights four-year-old program.
