Hello! Thank you so much in your interest in volunteering with Leia's Kids on our Junior Board! We are so grateful to have your help in serving the pediatric community. Please answer the following questions to the best of your ability. 

This is for Elementary, Middle and High School students. Open to both male and female. You do not have to have a personal connection to cancer to be on the board.
