SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR 2023:
- The recipient must be a person with a disability or a person caring for a person
with a disability (parent, sibling, spouse, etc.)
- There is a limit of 3 submissions per person
- It’s imperative that you FIRST have the consent/permission of the recipient to
submit their name and address to receive cards from The Caring Card
Project. Making this submission makes you legally liable for submitting
their information to us.
- If you need cards to go to multiple people in the same household, please
submit the family as one entry. (i.e. The King Family. If multiple
submissions are made for the SAME address, we will remove ALL of them.
- Please DO NOT type in ALL CAPS. - If you type in ALL CAPS we will remove the
submission and it will NOT be included.
- We are only accepting submissions for people living in the United States of
America.
- We won’t accept submissions for children under the age of 5. - If you submit a
child under the age of 5 years old as a single entry, we will remove the
submission.
- If submitting the name of a minor, under the age of 18 years of age, the child's parent or
legal guardian information must be included and a letter will be sent to
the parent/guardian letting them know who submitted the child's name to
the list.
- We will NOT be allowing submissions to any Prison Inmates due to regulations.
Anyone NOT following all of the guidelines will have all of their submissions
removed without any further communication given.
