For the next question, please note:
-Artists sell their own merchandise for their own profit and require Commercial General Liability Insurance. They will also need to fill out the Vendor Agreement and Temporary Vendor Permit. A CA Seller's Permit is needed to fill out the Temporary Vendor Permit.

-Vendors sell other's merchandise for profit and require Commercial General Liability Insurance.
They will also need to fill out the Vendor Agreement and Temporary Vendor Permit. A CA Seller's Permit is needed to fill out the Temporary Vendor Permit.

- UCI Clubs can sell their merchandise as a form of fundraising and do not need Commercial General Liability Insurance, a CA Seller's permit, and they do not need to fill out the Vendor forms. All profit must be for club fundraising. If you are profiting for personal reasons, then you will be classified as an Artist or Vendor. Zotcon at UCI: Anime Convention Club will not be checking on where your profits are going, but you may or may not be checked by any school representatives.

-Exhibitors display or advertise their merchandise or product, but CANNOT sell at the event. Because of this, they do not need to fill out the Vendor forms, CA Seller's Permit, or have Commercial General Liability Insurance.

All Artist Alley participants will be required to sign a ZotCon contract and pay the appropriate tabling fees.
