The Keyholder agrees that:
1. IVS CLEANING LTD agrees, not to make any copies of these keys and not to spread alarm codes for any reason with third parties!
2. IVS CLEANING LTD agrees, not to give these keys to anyone else for any reason, without your permission, except replacement cleaning service if required!
3. IVS CLEANING LTD agrees, after the termination of our agreement of work, that we have to return the keys to the customer, not later than seven working days of completion of service! 4. IVS CLEANING LTD agrees that we are responsible for covering any damages caused by the loss of keys.
5. IVS CLEANING LTD would be responsible for the relevant organisations if our fault caused any damages, theft or loss.
