We're looking to implement a new tag that describes something that's not quite family_friendly, but excludes abuse.

This loosens the previously restrictions for family_friendly pictures so that if a picture is "mostly" family_friendly, you can use this tag. This includes pooping/whatnot that automatically exclude certain images from family_friendly guidelines.
