Season 12 Evaluations Application

Please fill out the following form if you are interested in evaluating for our Crew and Company programs. 

K - 3rd Grade: Please note: This season, our Starlet - Petite Crew (K - 3rd Graders) are by invitation only. If you are interested in these programs, please complete the form.

K-3rd graders will be evaluated in the invitation camps June 18th-20th. Once we receive your form we will invite your dancer to one of the invitation only camps.


4th Grade - 12th Grade: Please complete this form and pay the application fee. You will attend the in-person evaluations.

Current Spotlight Dancers: Attend May 3rd | 4-8pm

Current Crew Dancers: Attend May 3rd | 4-8pm (required) || May 4th 1-5pm (optional) if you would like to evaluate in the Company program

Current Company Dancers: Attend May 4th | 1-5pm

*Please set both days aside should we need to see your dancer again
