Micro:Bit is an accessible microcontroller, intended to be programmed and designed by students. This accessible tool is making its way into schools, and enables students to program a wide range of practical tools such as radio transmitters and receivers, scientific sensors, handheld games, and more!
In this workshop, we’ll explore the basic functionalities of Micro:Bit, and analyze the possible applications in various classrooms.
Our virtual workshops are designed to be short, sweet, and densely packed with useful information and hands-on learning opportunities - perfect for the busy life of the modern teacher!
These workshops are run on an ongoing basis once a threshold of demand is met. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email - keep an eye out for the workshop start date though! Once the threshold has been met, the workshop start date will be announced (at least 2 weeks into the future).
