Submit your games to the Winter Play Expo in New York!
Thanks for your interest in our WINTER PLAY: NYC Game Expo being held March 7th at Microsoft (11 Times Square). Please complete this form to express your interest and we'll reach out with more information and to confirm your participation. If accepted, there is a $50 exhibitor fee. Participating exhibitors will receive the following:

- Game(s) listed on the official event page
- Exhibitor Access for two (2) people (early entry into the space for setup at 11am)
- One (1) 2' x 5' table
- Access to power

We understand that $50 can be tough for students to afford, so projects made primarily as part of a full time college or university program where the team is currently enrolled will have a reduced rate of $30. Playcrafting student projects will be able to show for free as a thank you for having enrolled in our courses in the past six months. Projects created by folks under 18 will also show for free. Full event and payment information will be provided upon acceptance.

If you would like to bring more than one game, please fill this form out for each game.
