Logistics
Can you commit to working the full week of camp (Monday - Saturday, August 5th-10th), including the mandatory orientation and training session (Saturday, August 3rd)? Having limited availability does not automatically exclude you from volunteering at camp, but we do prioritize placing volunteers who are able to be present for the whole week. If you have limited availability or are unsure, please explain in the "Other" box. *
Are you available to help set up and tear down camp on August 4th or August 11th (the days directly before and after camp)? This is not mandatory but is very helpful!

Would you prefer to work a full or half day at camp? *
All volunteers must be present Monday - Friday, but we know some folks also work during this week, or want a more or less busy schedule! Also, some volunteers might be doing more than one role during camp! Please check out the time commitments listed with each volunteer role.
Have you attended or volunteered with any similar programs (e.g. Queer Rock Camp, a Girls Rock Camp, etc)?
Please indicate if you are licensed, certified or trained in any of the following:
Do you speak another language more fluently than English? If so, what language? Would an interpreter/translator be helpful for you during camp?
Demographic & Health Information
The following questions are all optional; please share what you are comfortable with. Your responses are confidential, and will be used to build stronger systems of support for both volunteers and campers.
How do you identify your gender?
How do you identify your race/ethnicity?
Do you live with a disability, including chronic illness and/or a mental health condition? If so, what do you need from staff before or during camp to make the space more accessible? *
Do you have any food allergies or dietary needs? Please specify. *
Do you have any other medical conditions or special needs the staff should be aware of? *
HOUSING
We can help arrange housing for volunteers coming from outside Seattle, usually with other volunteers living in town. Please complete the following section to help us make sure everyone is happily housed!
Would you like assistance finding housing during the week of camp? If yes, what needs/preferences do you have in a housing situation?
If you live in Seattle, are you able to host volunteers from out of town during camp? If yes, briefly describe your housing situation and how many people you can host. (ie: Do you have animals? Or roommates? What would the sleeping arrangements be?)
