The College-Schools Collaborative Proposal Form
Do you have a terrific idea for a new collaborative project between Crawford Central School District and Allegheny College faculty, staff, or students?  If so, the College-Schools Collaborative (CSC) can help you by providing start-up funding to support your collaborative project.

Note: C-SC is not intended to sustain projects, but rather is for funding new projects.

GUIDELINES:

All projects being considered for funding during the 2023-2024 academic year will need to follow CDC guidelines for participants. We also encourage you to think creatively

The criteria used by the CSC to determine project approval will include:
-How the project will enhance the learning and engagement of the student participants
-Whether the funding requested is commensurate with the number of students who will benefit from the project
-The extent of the collaboration between CCSD and Allegheny College.

The following expenses are typically eligible for CSC funding:
-Supplies (with the exception of souvenirs such as t-shirts, pencils, etc.) - these can be expendables or reusable items such as technology and software.
-Expenses associated with guest speakers (with the exception of stipends/honoraria)

Requests should be kept to a maximum of $500, but consideration for proposals exceeding $500 will be given in special circumstances.

If needed, contact the Committee Members for assistance in identifying potential partners prior to the submission of the proposal.

The outcome of the application will be communicated after the Committee meets.
