The following form is to report an incident that violates our Safer Spaces policy. If you have been made to feel unsafe or have an incident to disclose to CFMF, you may do so here or contact us at saferspaces@calgaryfolkfest.com. All disclosures, anonymous or otherwise, are investigated by the anti-abuse committee or the on-site organizers before action is taken. Any actions and cases will not be discussed publicly.
